The Omega caliber 3330 is an automatic column wheel chronograph watch movement with a silicon hairspring (balance spring) and Omega’s Co-Axial escapement. This movement is a tri-compax chronograph with a 3-6-9 layout, meaning that the subdials are arranged at 3:00, 6:00, and 9:00.

Base Movement:

Before the Omega 3330 was the Longines calibre L688.2, which is used as the basis for the 3330. Modifications to the L688 framework result in the Omega 3330.

The base of the L688 is the ETA A08.L01 – which is based on the ETA caliber 7753. This is the 3-6-9 layout version of the ETA 7750.
