Battery:
The caliber 1102A requires Citizen battery part number 280-34. This part is equivalent to a 364 cell watch battery.
Crown/Stem Removal:
In order to extract the crown and stem in the Citizen caliber 1102A, find the hole with an arrow pointing to it. With the crown pressed in against the case (position 0), press the button and pull the crown/stem out.
As you can see in the picture below, when the crown is pulled out to date or time setting position, the button disappears. This is meant to make the crown/stem removal idiot-proof, so it can only be removed in the correct position.
Replacement Price:
At the time of this post, we were unable to find replacements for the caliber 1102A. This movement may be discontinued by Citizen. Used watches with this movement were found in the range of $20-30 USD, so you may have to buy a watch for the parts.
