I hate seeing big watches with tiny movements like this wrapped in plastic. Is it only me?

I totally agree. It just doesn’t say a lot about quality or craftsmanship. I understand reasoning in designing small movements but, save them for the woman’s watch it was originally designed for.

I have a Bulova movement 2500.10 and need a stem extension OR a longer stem I can cut to fit. I’m attempting to retrofit this movement in place of an original cal.2210 mgmt. with a spacer. I have the crown and short stem off the 2500.10 quartz for sizing if need be.
