This is a great movement. I’ve had it in a Stuhrling that I bought about 5 years ago and it’s still running great and keeps accurate time. I’ve had several other Chinese movements and they usually don’t last past one year and then need to be serviced.

This is definitely NOT the Hangzhou 2189, since that is an engraved skeleton movement with a different balance arm. It looks more like some variation of a Tongji automatic movement.

I have a Stuhrling watch that has this movement, but there is definitely no hacking on mine. Is there a way to check this? The page here says it has hacking, so either my movement is mislabeled, or this page needs to be updated.

From my research, the base calibre appears to be one of the 2650 Chinese Standard Automatic Movements (PTS): 2650SSZ. It’s 20 jewels and non-hacking. Stuhrling blued the screws and added some minor engraving.
