The day-day layout on the VX44 resembles the style of the widely-known Rolex Day-Date President, with a panoramic full text day of the week at 12:00 and date at 3:00.

The trailing letter at the end of the caliber number represents evolution or changes in the movement. At the time of this post, the most recent tech sheets list VX44E. The differences between each version is unknown, but this listing will be updated as we learn more.
