ETA caliber 2688 is a smaller ladies size automatic watch movement with a day/date complication. This caliber is part of ETA’s 2600 family of movements and was categorized as a Mecaline movement when it was produced. Official technical documentation was found dated as far back as 2005, with updates as recent as 2010.
