The Citizen caliber 8210 is an automatic movement with 21 jewels and a frequency of 21,600 vph. This caliber is found in the Citizen “NJ” line of dress watches that were introduced on May 23, 2023. The 8210 is made in Japan by Miyota (a division of Citizen Watch).
Citizen 8210 VS 8200:
There is a caliber 8200 which is the same as the 8210 but has a day/date instead of just a date on the 8210. Both have 21 jewels and are finished similarly (gilt).
Citizen 8210 vs Citizen 8213:
The difference between these two movements is that the caliber 8210 has a central sweeping second hand and the 8213 has a small seconds subdial between 4:00 and 5:00. Both have 21 jewels and are finished similarly (gilt).
Citizen 8210 vs Miyota 8215:
The Citizen caliber 8213 is appears to basically be Citizen’s branded version of the Miyota (owned by Citizen) caliber 8215. You can learn more about that caliber and see for yourself here.
