Casio Pathfinder PAG-110C aka Pro Trek PRG-110C (Add your watch to the comments below…) |
The Casio caliber 3071 is a solar-powered Triple Sensor digital module found in Pro Trek and Pathfinder watches.
Changing the Capacitor:
The rechargeable battery aka capacitor in the Casio 3071 is part number CTL 1616 (CTL1616).
There is a sticker on the cell holder that reads as follows:
UP (-) / AC / After battery replacement, touch for two (2) sec. / Replace with CASIO-specified CTL1616 only.
When replacing it, remember that (as the sticker indicates) the cell goes into the slot positive side down (opposite to what many of us are used to with typical quartz watches).

Don’t forget the caseback cushion. Be sure to install it in the correct direction so that the springs can make contact with the metal caseback.
