Seiko caliber 8T67 (8T67A) is a mechaquartz chronograph watch movement. This hybrid caliber (quartz with mechanical chronograph functionality) is made in Japan and has zero (0) jewels.  The stopwatch seconds hand on this movement moves in 1/5 second intervals.

Seiko 8T67 vs SII/TMI VK67:

The 8T67 is the Seiko branded version of the calibre VK67 – for Seiko-only watches. Both are Seiko movements.

8T67 vs 8T63:

There is a similar Seiko caliber 8T63 with the main difference being the layout of the chronograph subdials:

8T67: 12-6-9 vertical layout (like a 7750)

8T63: 3-6-9 horizontal layout (like a Rolex Daytona)
