The S. Epson caliber AL32 (AL32A) is a small and affordable 3-hander quartz movement with a date. Based on technical documentation, this calibre has been available since at least October 2009.

Similar Calibers:

There is a similar caliber AL33A with the main difference being that the AL33A is the day-date version, whereas the AL32A on this page only has a date.

The base caliber listed above is the AL82A which is basically the same, but smaller at 6 x 8”’ (16.3mm x 18.2mm). The larger size of the AL32 is because it has a larger diameter base plate to fit in larger cases and handle larger dials.
