The PTS-Resources caliber JHLS-32 (aka JHLS32) is an automatic watch movement with a sweeping power reserve indicator at 12:00.
This movement has been produced since at least 2016. At that time, PTS Resources was categorizing this caliber as “Imitate Tourbillon” because of its double open balance wheel (aka open heart or open escapement) feature.
JORD JHLS32:
You may see this movement referred to as the “Jord caliber JHLS32”. Here is how JORD describes their use of this movement on their site:
“JORD’s first dual wheel movement. For automatic enthusiasts, a dual wheel is a must have for their collection..” –Source
However, while the JHLS32 is found in the JORD Meridian watch, it is also found in numerous Invicta watches (at least 85 models!).
If you know of other brands using this calibre, please comment below…
Similar Calibers:
The JHLS-32 is similar to the JHLS-15, with the main difference being the complication at 12:00.
The -32 has a power reserve indicator, whereas the -15 has a disc style day/night indicator behind a pointer date hand.
