The Citizen caliber 8229 (8229A) is from the 82XX family of automatic movements but offers a semi-skeletonized dial design with an open balance wheel at 7:00.
You may find models with the open balance wheel at 6:00, but this is achieved by rotating the movement counterclockwise so that the crown is positioned at 2:00.
The Miyota version of this movement for use in non-Citizen branded watches is Miyota caliber 8S20.
Accuracy:
Citizen claims that the caliber 8229 offers accuracy of -20 ~ +40 seconds per day. This is measured within 10-60 minutes from a full wind via the crown. To fully wind the movement, turn the crown 40 times. The winding direction of the rotor is counterclockwise.
Upgraded Hacking Seconds:
From the Miyota 8S20 caliber listing:
“As of mid-2019, Miyota seems to have listened to the desires of the watch community and found a way to integrate a hacking mechanism (stop seconds device) into the 82S0. This means that the seconds hand will stop when the crown is pulled out. We have reached out to Miyota and will update this listing as soon as we have a reply with more information as to when they made this change. Keep in mind that although there are 82S0 movements popping up on the market, the current majority of 82S0 powered watches will be non-hacking. If you watch doesn’t hack, it doesn’t mean it’s broken.” –Source
