So far (about 3 weeks) it loses 4 to 11 seconds a day. Itโ€™s in the Alpinist. Seems pretty solid so far.

I have my Alpinist just a month wearing it 16 hrs a day. The first 10 days or so it lost time at -3secs per day, then it started to gain +3 secs a day for a week.Since then it has fluctuated by + or-3secs a day So that currently it is 5 secs faster than GMT;it has never been more than +or-15 secs either side of GMT at any time. After a month it still hasnโ€™t needed any adjustment-so far thrilled to bits!

Love my Alpinist so far, my first real watch. Seems pretty spot on to me, but i don’t really measure the +/- stuff.

Runs really well on my Seiko Alpinist SPB245J1 with approx +3 sec/day. What i see is that you have to “use” wear a watch having this calibre to get perfect measurement

My SBDC109 is running fast, +60 seconds per day. My shop says the amplitude is so low, the movement cannot be regulated and must be replaced. I just sent it back to Seiko, hoping they’ll cover the Japanese issue model

Owner of prospex diver SPB143 with this movement, accurate to about 5 secs per day, from my observation the movement is most accurate when worn on wrist more than 10 hours per day as recommended by Seiko. I wear mine everyday. Looks like it’s calibrated to be most accurate on wrist temperature.

Any idea why brand new 6r35a only shows an amplitude of 245ยฐ fully wound? My 6r15c goes up to 280ยฐ in the same conditions.
