Hamilton Caliber H-30

The Hamilton caliber H-30 (aka H30) is a Swiss made automatic movement with a day-date calendar complication. It has 25 jewels and a beat rate of 21,600bph (3Hz).

The day-date can be together at 3:00, date at 6 and day at 12, or together at 9 on the X-Wind models.

The calibre H-30 is based on the ETA C07.621, a Powermatic 80 family movement which is based on the ETA caliber 2836-2. The H-30 has a Hamilton branded rotor (Hamilton and ETA are both owned by the Swatch Group conglomerate of watch brands). The most notable feature of this movement it’s long 80 hours power reserve.

This movement is found in the Hamilton Pan Europ Auto, Khaki Aviation Pilot Day Date Auto, Khaki Aviation X-Wind Day Date Auto, and the Khaki Field Day Date. If you know of more models with the cal. H30, please comment below.
