ETA 956.412 VS 956.414:
There is a similar caliber 956.414. Some suppliers list the 956.412 as a replacement for the 956.414. The specs appear to be the same, however, there are noticeable cosmetic differences between the two: The 412 is gold tone with a blue circuit board. The 414 is silver tone with a green circuit board.
Brand Usage:
Various watch brands are using the 956.412. The example above is from a Bertolucci watch. The blue circuit board has an open space which the brand’s name gets printed in white.
Unlike the example pictured, some brands may designate their own caliber number to the movement. For example, Longines uses the same movement and calls it the caliber L129.
Replacement Prices:
At the time of this post, replacement prices were found online in the range of $29.95 to $49.99 USD.
