The Longines caliber L619 is based on the ETA 2892/A2 with a branded rotor and Geneva stripes/perlage decoration.
From WUS members:
“My Longines Spirit uses L619.2. The accuracy is -1 sec/ day. Very consistent. I asked Longines about the grade and they answered that all their L619.2 were elaborated grade.” –shtora
When asked about accuracy of the L619, Makeitfromscratch said:
“+/- 5s/d with a maximum variation of +/- 20s/d. I have a Hydro with the L619 (2892a2) that runs 0 to +2 s/d. I did regulate it about three months after I bought it as it was losing three seconds a day. I know that it’s OCD, but I rather my watches gain than lose time.” –thread
The Longines caliber L614 is similar and is also based off of the ETA 2892/A2.
