I have this lovely piece, sadly, mainspring is broken.

I would like to confirm whether this is a BUREN 02 or, of not, what can it be and where can I source a mainspring.

Thanks in advance.

Hi lgmx, your watch does appear to be a Buren Watch Hamilton grade 971, caliber 02-FR. These were made in Switzerland after production ceased in USA. You'll have to do some searching for a mainspring. Maybe start on eBay, try asking sellers there and other pocket watch parts sellers.

Thank you for your quick reply, then my target is a mainspring for a caliber 02-FR!

Cheers.
