Whatch hands and case diferences, DG5833 x NH34 - DG2813 x NH35

Hi guys!

I'm a beginer in DIY wirst watch, and I have some doubts about hands, sorry if had a post about, but I don't find it using the search.

I have one GMT Master II Homage built with DG5833, and want to replace it with one TMI NH34. Question: May I use the same hands? The case will fit?

Other question, but about the DG2813. I don`t find specific hands to this movment, just found for NH35, have some way to use these NH35 hands on DG2813?
