I use a variety of types and sizes made from a variety of materials, carbon fiber, anti-magnetic stainless steel, brass. No specific suggestions other than to buy the best that you can. Bergeon is a great, but certainly not inexpensive, watch tool brand and highly recommended by me.

I started out with cheaper tools and soon learned my lesson, buy the best tools (tweezers included) that you can afford is my best suggestion, your watches will thank you and it makes things easier to do. I put several scratches on a couple cheap practice watches while using cheaper tools, it hasn't happened since I spent some money and got far better tools, predominantly made by Bergeon. Best of luck in your watch making endeavor.

I have several pairs and switch between them depending on what I am doing.  How much do you expect to regarding watch work?
