I'm trying to revive a dead VH31. After putting in a new battery, still no life.
Does a listing of where to tap and what are the expected voltages exist?

In the middle of updating the VH31 caliber listing right now actually. In the meantime, did you check the tech sheets here?
Yep, I did but the documentation didn't list down the diagnostic tests areas and voltages for the movement. Maybe the movement is so cheap, the manufacturers didn't expect anyone to bother trying to fix it 🙂
