This Cartier caliber 057 was found in a vintage ladies Must de Cartier Tank (5057001) with a Vermeil case. Replacement prices were found online in the area of $200-$250. This movement is also similar to the Cartier caliber 157 seen here, the only difference is that the 157 is round and this caliber 057 is an oval/tonneau shape.

You may also see this quartz movement listed as an Ebel 057, as Ebel made the movements for Cartier.

12 and 57/157 are two completely different things and can’t be substituted. Sometimes it’s even impossible to replace a 57 by a 157 without reshaping the casing ring.
