It looks like the brand name is Tempos Sport with a Ronda caliber 5030.D movement. As for the brand, it is definitely a tough one to find any information on! There are so many random quartz chronograph watch brands out there, especially using the Ronda 5000 series of movements and labeled "Swiss made". Most likely it's just a watch label watch that an existing or new brand ordered with the logo and color specifications. Sometimes it's a bigger brand's side hustle to use existing parts or other factory connections. It does sort of have Swiss Military Hanowa or Swiss Legend vibe to it.
If you don't mind sharing the story behind it... where did you get it? Did it include anything like the box and papers that could have some other markings or names to trace? Can you please post a picture of the caseback? Is there anything stamped on the inside of the caseback.
