The other questions will be more difficult to determine without other parts of the watch (dial, case, etc.), especially if there are no brand markings on the movement.
Once you have the caliber number figured out, you can check ebay to see what others sell similar movements for.
Ebay asking is different than ebay getting. I wished they had a days on market counter. or some date as to list date. it might be interesting information to share.
