The Tissot caliber 2070 is based off a Valjoux 7734. This movement was produced in circa 1970’s. It has a date at 6:00 but it is not quick-set. To set the date you must pull the crown out to setting position and go back and forth between 8:00 and 12:00.

The calibre is a 7734.
Just found the watch, new glass, intense cleaning of the gold plated box.
Let’s try it in everyday use…
