This example of the Ulysse Nardin caliber UN-22 was found in a GMT+/- San Marco Big Date.
There is also a caliber UN-24 that is used in the Executive Dual Time GMT. The difference between the two is that the UN22 has a central second hand and the UN24 has a small seconds feature.
